If our services truly aren't accessible for your current budget, we'll be honest about that and potentially recommend alternative resources or suggest revisiting the conversation when your business is ready for this level of investment.

After the Discovery Call, if we move forward, we'll request more detailed information specific to your project: existing brand assets, competitor information, customer data, content and messaging, technical requirements, and any relevant background materials. If we determine we're a great fit during your Discovery Call, here's what happens next:
Within 3-5 business days, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining our recommended approach, specific deliverables, project timeline, investment breakdown, payment terms, and next steps. You'll have time to review the proposal, ask questions, and discuss any adjustments needed.
Once you approve the proposal, we'll send a service agreement formalizing our partnership, scope, and terms. After you sign the agreement and submit the initial payment (typically 50% deposit for projects, first month for retainers), we kick off your project with a deeper discovery session where we gather detailed information, align on objectives, and establish communication protocols.
From there, we move into the strategic and creative work, keeping you informed with regular updates, milestone reviews, and collaboration opportunities. Throughout the entire process, you'll have direct access to our team—this isn't a "submit a ticket and wait" relationship. We're your strategic partners, invested in your success from Discovery Call through final delivery and beyond.

At minimum, you'll need to participate in: the initial Discovery Call and project kickoff session, periodic check-ins and milestone reviews (typically every 1-2 weeks), pre-scheduled strategic workshops/sessions (if applicable), feedback and approval at key project phases, and final review and approval of deliverables. Beyond these essential touchpoints, involvement is flexible.
Some clients prefer to be deeply involved in brainstorming, reviewing drafts, and providing detailed input at every stage—we welcome that! Others prefer to provide initial direction, trust our expertise, and review work at major milestones—that works too! We adapt to your working style and communication preferences.
What's most important is that you're responsive during feedback windows so projects stay on timeline, and that you provide clear, consolidated feedback when reviewing work. We'll never leave you guessing about what we need from you or when, every project includes a clear communication plan with defined touchpoints, deadlines, and expectations.
